At the Rock Garden, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality work in all that we do - from repair, sales, and custom design. We've been in business since 1984, and have grown a large and very loyal clientle. Our customers refer to us as their family jeweler and often refer their friends and other family members to us. Not only do we offer value, we guarantee our work for a lifetime. One way we pass along value that other jewelers cannot is that we operate out of a modest office. This eliminates the overhead that equates to large mark-ups with other jewelers. We've also been fortunate to not have to advertise, which is just another expense that is passed on to you, the consumer. We are also fortunate to boast that our business is built on word-of-mouth advertising. Testimonials are always the best way to gain customers and our quality earns trust.
What we do...
We offer a variety of pre-designed jewelry, including elegant engagement rings and wedding sets to beautiful color fashion jewelry in house. If you don't see something you like, or already have an idea of something you want, we work with you to design exactly that. No one leaves our shop less than thrilled!
What you should know...
When shopping for jewelry, especially diamonds, education is a must. Many jewelers don't take the time educate their customers, because then customers have some tools to make better decisions or worse yet comparison shop. Some other will take the time to explain the 4 C's of diamond buying (Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat Weight), but not necissarily be honest about the color or clarity of the diamonds they are selling to you. Please note that not all jewelers are dishonest, and we're certainly part of that honest group, selling with the utmost integrity. We will take the time to not only tell you about the 4 C's of diamond buying and grading, but take actual diamonds to show you and let you compare, so that you know exactly what you are buying and why.
